This is Tempest! It's been a few months since I posted a review (and a million years since Jacey has) so just wanted to stop in and let you guys know that I'm still reading! Most of the small reviews I've managed to fit in have been posted to my goodreads.com account, so if you're ever curious and want to check out my reviews there, you can do so by following this link: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show/5171960.Tempest_C_Avery
I try to get on here as often as possible to add my reviews, but as you've probably noticed, that hasn't really happened as of late. I've just been really busy with my own work, and promoting and what not. Because of this, we are looking for someone to help us co run this review blog!!!! If interested, please let me know through private message on my Goodreads account. I'd really love to keep reviewing, I just don't have the time like I used to to post after every book I read. :/
In other news, I have another book out that can be read for FREE on the site Swoonreads.com! Please check it out because books with high ratings/comments here are chosen for possible publication! Every read really counts, and you can all help me get closer to being traditionally published, which has always been my goal! Here's the blurb, cover, and a link to where it can be read, again, for FREE. If any of you have trouble reading with their eReader, please let me know! I've got a few traditional eBook copies I can hand out in exchange for an honest review/rating on the site!
If anyone had ever asked Delaney Grace what her plans were after high school, she certainly wouldn't have answered, "getting kidnapped". Unfortunately, that's exactly what happens. As if that wasn't enough, turns out the man kidnapping her isn't a local. He's from another planet. In a twisted case of mistaken identity, Delaney is taken to a foreign planet where she's forced to pretend to be an alien princess. If she can pull it off long enough for the real princess to be found, she'll get to go home, if she doesn't, she risks enslaving the entire human race. Tricking the princess's betrothed, Trystan, isn't going to be easy, but not falling for Ruckus, her accidental kidnapper, might be an even bigger feat. Especially when the three of them get caught up in a deadly game of truth or dare.
